imperial floorball

As most people should know, floorball is probably my only activity outside of school in London, and this year has been a most enterprising year, with Ben, myself and Amrik taking over the reins of Imperial Floorball. It's been quite successful, and we have formed quite a strong and formidable team, though we have two losses in the league, which were mostly down to individual errors, as well as bringing a small squad for our third tournament. Hopefully, we won't have that problem with future tournament dates and we will be able to surge up the league table and claim top spot in our division for the South-west League!

Meanwhile, we recently had a photoshoot for our club, and thanks to Abiel and Zhengyuan for the wonderful photos! I am really proud of this team that we have, and I am sad that one of our core members and only foreign player, Piri, will be leaving the club after completing his one semester in Imperial College! He is such a fast and fantastic player, and good eye for goal as well! He will be sorely missed. Now to find an adequate replacement for him. Meanwhile, here are our photos from the recent photo shoot! Unfortunately, Amrik wasn't able to make it due to some urgent matters.

I hope to have Piri back again one day and I hope this team will rise to even greater heights! It is my honour to captain this team! Hocks, wish you were around (if you are reading this!)
